3D CAD model of a building floor plan placed on architectural blueprints with rolled construction drawings in the background.

CAD drawings (2D & 3D)

Even though photogrammetric processing provides a 3D data basis, 2D deliverables are often required in practice. Typical examples include floor plans, roof measurements, and various types of as-built drawings, which are then used in CAD software such as AutoCAD.

The key advantage is that the drawings are derived from 3D data. This allows shaded areas, edges, slopes, and complex geometries to be captured accurately. It does not matter whether the view is a top view or a horizontal view such as a facade.

If required, we can also produce 3D CAD drawings.
